The website and listings

The website operator is Osaühing EKSKAVAR, registration code 10226811. The contractual seller of each machine is identified in the listing and the documents for the specific purchase.

Listings may be corrected or removed if details or sales status change. A listing alone does not confirm the machine's current availability.

Price, condition and completeness

Read the price together with the VAT note. The final price, included attachments, known defects and other purchase terms are confirmed with the seller. An empty field is not a promise that a particular feature is present or absent.

Data imported from a register or earlier listing must be checked. Photos show the machine at the time they were taken; ask for recent photos and arrange a viewing if needed.

Concluding a purchase contract

The website does not automatically conclude a purchase contract or take online payment. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Payment, handover, transport and any warranty are agreed with the seller.

These website-use principles do not exclude the buyer's statutory rights or replace the purchase contract for a specific transaction.

Photos and content
